I’m off to the inter-disciplinary Social Philosophy and Policy conference on “Aggregation in Moral and Political Philosophy.” What makes the conference interdisciplinary? Me! Yep, it’s 14 philosophers and one economist.
Still, if I return wondering if I’m a brain in a vat, I’ll have only myself to blame. After all, I refuted skepticism about the external world when I was an undergraduate. Seriously.

Brian, please kick ass and take names! Temkin will be out to get you. Kamm is unrelenting in her questioning. They have an egalitarian streak…Temkin is derivative Parfit. Watch out!
