Timothy Taylor told me that the Journal of Economic Perspectives is now available to anyone on line, for free, going back to 1999. This is my favorite economics journal, because the articles are accessible to nonspecialists and focus on important topics. Readers of this blog who are not familiar with this journal may wish to set aside some time to browse through the back issues and read articles of interest.

Another great resource to browse is the Concise Encyclopedia of Economics, edited by co-blogger David Henderson.
