I red-eyed it to NYC Monday night to tape a segment on John Stossel’s show on Fox Business Network. I returned the same day. Total time in NYC: 11 hours.
The segment was a debate with Colonel David Hunt, who is a regular on Fox News Channel. It was about war, Ron Paul’s foreign policy views, Israel, 9/11, and Iran. I got along well with Colonel Hunt. Among other things, I pointed out that one of his claims about Israel was highly suspect. Which one? That if the U.S. government stopped subsidizing Israel, Israel would disappear. I pointed out that the annual U.S. government subsidy to Israel, at about $3 billion, is less than 1.5 percent of Israel’s GDP. I made a number of points. We’ll see how many survive the edit.
The show will air at 10:00 p.m. EST Thursday and 9:00 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday. Remember, Fox Business, not Fox News.

I will look forward to seeing it.
You reminded me of a piece I read a little while ago about the negative impacts of US aid to Israel.

David H. – Don’t think I can get Fox Business on my TV so please let me know if it will be available online later. I’d love to watch it.
Dave B. – thanks for those links. Very interesting stuff.

Nice job on Stossel tonight. Your opponent came off as a raving fear monger while you were a cool voice of fact and rationality. (And am I imagining things or is your hair looking a lot whiter than the last time I saw you in LA? 🙂
